We are currently working toward ISO 9001:2008 certification by October 2009 to help ensure quality and maintain the highest standards for our processes and documentation.
By striving for ISO certification, we are committing ourselves to providing the highest quality service possible, backed by a rigorous, comprehensive quality management system focused on minimizing errors while maximizing accuracy and reliability. Our goal is continual improvement through regularly-scheduled internal quality audits.
As part of our improved quality management system, we are integrating a custom Access database to provide enhanced capabilities, including:
- Job tracking
- Parts processing
- Return material authorization
- Nonconformance reports
