Shaft Sleeve Kit Bearing Repair Services
At Hi-Tek Balancing we use innovative methods to repair shafts in place. Many times it is very difficult, or impossible and expensive to remove a fan shaft when the bearing has worn a groove in the shaft. In many cases we can repair the shaft using a modified bearing that fits in place of the original, and provide a thick wall sleeve that straddles the worn bearing surface. These methods save many hours of downtime and provide a permanent repair without the use of resin based shaft repair compounds often fail soon after they are deployed.
