Chuck/Fixture Balancing CNC

At HI-TEK Balancing we are machinists as well as experts at balancing. We understand how parts are fixture and how CNC machines run and sequence their tooling and fixtures on complex components. This turbine blade fixture suffered from an asymmetric design and needed to be balanced on the lathe at the customer’s facility. We improved interchangeability of the blade carriers such that numerous carriers performed identically in the same chuck.
