A 400 HP industrial fan is completely rebuilt in our shop. A new shaft was machined, the spherical roller bearings were replaced and the bearing clearances were set. The blower wheel buckets were flame-spray hard-coated to prevent further wear. The fan wheel was balanced and the housing was cleaned and painted. The fan has been in service for 4 years without any further attention.
